MinsGame Fall 2019: Day 20

The Minimizing Game Day 20 consists of mostly stuff that I didn’t photograph.

  1. A jewelry box my parents gave me when I was 18 and said it was antique then. It is well-made and I like it, but most of my jewelry was stolen, and it makes me very sad to see this every day.
  2. A jewelry box that I found in my father’s belongings in his house in Florida when he died. I liked it and took it back to NY, but it’s been so long and it’s sat empty, and now I have no jewelry anyway.
  3. Picture hangers in drawer of jewelry box I wasn’t using.
  4. Points that go on the end of curtain rods that were also in drawer of jewelry box I wasn’t using.
  5. Some random screws in the drawer of the jewelry box I wasn’t using.
  6. Worthless beads in the jewelry box I was using that were not stolen.
  7. Odd pipe found in laundry room.
  8. Plastic thing found in laundry room.
  9. Garden hose with too many holes to patch.

  16. Plastic foot that came off a toy (toy missing).
  17. I hate this nail file.
  18. Sticker of coffee company I think.
  19. Lucky rock given to me by ex-coworker. Technically I still have this as I threw it out onto my front lawn, but it’s no longer in my house, so I’m counting it.

Mins Game Fall 2019: Day 15

It’s half-way over! Now is where it gets more challenging and intense!

For the Minimizing Game Day 15, we have:

  1. A booster seat, because we only need one now (found a way to donate before I remembered to photograph it).
  2. Nadim’s pre-k backpack (thrown away immediately and not photographed because he left a clementine in it and mold was everywhere).

MinsGame Fall 2019: Day 14

The Minimizing Game Day 14 was a bit of a stretch, but I did it! From front to back, there is:

  1. Glove from a party goodie bag (but no one remembers what exactly it is or where is the other).
  2. Terrible whistle.
  3. Dead laser pointer.
  4. Gross chapstick.
  5. Thing that protects babies from electricity.

  7. Box that ring came in.
  8. Half of a plastic egg.
  9. Broken pen.
  10. Broken pencil.
  11. Empty mint container I was “saving.”
  12. Head thing from when Samir went to Trolls.
  13. Expired chicken flavoring.
  14. Science kit we have used all the ingredients that could be used up. There are a lot of little parts in here, and to be honest, I thought about listing them individually, but this seemed more honest to list them together, since they’re a set.
